BELEX15 was down 1.6% on weekly basis, while this was mainly result of huge 9% drop at Belgrade Airport, triggered after the state announced sell of its treasured shares at a price of RSD 750 per share, far lower versus the current market price. The most traded name was NIS, with RSD 35.8m in volume, while its stock price lost only light 0.73% w/w.
Today we expect NIS to report 2Q/9M numbers. Last year, it delivered RSD 11.4bn in 6M18 net profit, while quarterly number was at RSD 7.7bn. The company’s sales in the first 6 months of 2018 arrived at RSD 120bn. Consensus and official expectations for 1H19 do not exists.
From the macro side, we had a statement from IMF, which said this institution expects accelerated economic growth in Serbia until the end of the year, while it retained a 3.5% growth forecast for 2019.
